Ingredients Simplified:
Feverfew • Several human studies have used feverfew to prevent and treat migraines. It is recommended as a daily-consumed ingredient to aid in prevention.
Gotu Kola • Can enhance your memory and overall cognitive function, which means it may have potential in treating Alzheimer’s disease.
Skullcap • One of the most versatile nervines and is useful for all nervous system disorders, including headaches, nerve tremors, stress, menstrual tension, insomnia and nervous exhaustion.
Willow Bark • Shown to relieve headaches. There is some evidence that it is less likely to cause gastrointestinal side effects than other pain relievers, such as ibuprofen.
Ginger • Long been recommended as an effective home remedy for the acute treatment of migraine, relieving both headache and the associated nausea,
Cinnamon • Reduced inflammation as well as frequency, severity and duration of headache in patients with migraine.
Mullein Leaf • Animal and human research suggest that mullein tea works by reducing inflammation, thereby helping relax the muscles in your respiratory tract and head.
Gingko Leaf • If a headache is related to reduced blood flow or constricted blood vessels, ginkgo's ability to dilate blood vessels may improve symptoms. Less is added, in case the headache is caused by excessive dilation of blood vessels.
